Anyone who is a resident of Canada can benefit from the free health care that is offered. There are many services that are covered and help to make people’s lives easier. Visiting a family doctor or walk in doctor, does not need to cost any money. That is because OHIP pays for it. Ambulance care is not covered by OHIP. This is a service that has to be paid by the person who is using it, or their family. The fee is not large, but just covers some of the expense to the call.
