It is less common to snore when you sleep on your side than on your back. Try to lie in this position as you drift off to sleep. If not, use a firm pillow that is thick enough to offer enough support.
Take care of problems that affect your breathing. If you feel congested, take some medicine and start a humidifier. If you suffer from allergies try over the counter products. If you find they don’t work well enough see your doctor for something stronger.
Always get your annual checkup. It helps keep you aware of any medical problems that may sneek up on you. Many times snoring is caused by some sort of medical problem that can be addressed. Snoring could be your body’s way of telling you, “Hey buddy, I need a little tune up here!
